LEONHARD EULER

LEONHARD EULER was a mathematician who was born in Switzerland in 1707. He was very good at showing how to use graphs in maths and in helping people build mechanical things! He wrote so many books that if you put them all together they could almost fill a whole room!

PYTHAGORAS

PYTHAGORAS was a mathematician from Greece and was born a very long time ago in 570 BC. Do you know what BC means? Pythagoras was born on an island called Samos. Some people say Pythagoras discovered the best sum to find out how long is the longest side of a right angle triangle. If you don’t know what a right angle triangle is I’m sure you can find out!
